Jacqui Newling
Dr Jacqueline (Jacqui) Newling is a social historian who interprets history through the lens of food. She has a Le Cordon Bleu Master’s degree in Gastronomy and a PhD in history, and is author of award winning Eat your history, stories and recipes from Australian kitchens (NewSouth Publishing and Sydney Living Museums) and is ‘the cook’ in The Cook & the Curator’ food heritage blog.
