CHAT SALON PROGRAM
Our Chat Salons are one hour informal sessions with some of Australia’s best authors held in Zoom chat rooms. They’re designed for you to ‘get to know’ an author and other historical fiction fans from the comfort of your own home. You can converse directly to them, communicate via the chat function, or simply ‘lurk and listen’. Whatever suits!
This year the focus is on historical food, fashion, vocabulary and finding hidden research gems. The four salons will be held in the afternoon across Saturday and Sunday 1 &2 July 2023.
The 2023 program features:
Kathryn Gauci – Fashion, Fabric and Frocks: how to dress your characters
Kim Kelly – Slip of the Tongue: authentic historical vocabulary
Duration: 1 hour
