Lauren Chater writes fiction with a particular focus on women’s stories. After working for many years in a variety of media roles, she turned her passion for reading and research into a professional pursuit. Her debut novel The Lace Weaver was published in 2018. her new book is Gulliver’s Wife. She lives in Sydney with her husband and two children.
